Applewood Estates is a neighborhood in Poulsbo located at the top of a Ridge off Pugh Road. Most of the 46 homes here were built between 1994-1995, With the first ones being built in 1993 and the last in 1996. About 2/3 of the homes are 1-Story ramblers,and 1/3 are 2-Story.
The neighborhood location is terrific, as it is within the city limits of Poulsbo, but bordering on the areas just outside the city limits which have rural amenities of larger lots, and even some original farm homesteads.
The ridgetop location provides bright open skies,and as you’ll see in some of the photos, there are often beautiful sunrises and sunsets to be enjoyed.
The most prominant nearby landmark is the Poulsbo Watertower located North-NW of most of the homes. It’s just a large quiet neighbor in a location that doesn’t shadow most of the homes in the community.
From Applewood Estates, downtown Poulsbo is just 5 minutes away, while Kingston , Silverdale and Bainbridge Island are all within easy commute times.
